Marcie Golgoski is an award-winning journalist, with more than 25 years’ experience producing television news programming.

Currently Marcie is the Executive Producer of Special Projects at WESH 2, the NBC affiliate in Orlando, FL.
Marcie is a native of Kingston, New York and a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism.

Marcie’s work as a newscast, special projects and investigative producer have earned her several prestigious honors from The National Academy of Television Arts & Science (The Emmys); The Radio Television Digital News Association (Edward R Murrow Awards); Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (Gracie Awards); The Florida Association of Broadcast Journalists (AP Awards); and The Tellies.

Marcie has also been recognized for her work in the Central Florida community, which she has called home for more than a decade. Her efforts on behalf Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and Easterseals Florida garnered her Volunteer of the Year awards in 2016 and 2013, respectively. Marcie was named I4 Business’ 2020 Spirit of Collaboration award winner, as well as one of Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year in 2023.

Marcie was named Secretary of the Pabst Steinmetz Foundation Board upon its inception. She also sits on the Board of Director for the Florida Association of Broadcast Journalists. An avid runner and lover of animals, Marcie has been married to her husband Derek since 2014, when they wed at the home of Chuck and Margie, who are like second parents to her.
